Day 1
You will be met upon arrival in Lima and transferred to your hotel.
Day 2
You will join a visit to the the historic sites of Old Lima and the excellent Gold Museum.
Day 3
You will be transferred from your hotel to the airport for your flight Lima to Cusco. In the afternoon you will be taken to explore Cusco and the Inca sites of Sacsayhuaman, Tambomachay and Kenko.
Day 4
You will travel from Cusco to join a visit to the Pisac Indian market and Ollaytaytambo.
Day 5
Set off from Cusco to begin the Inca Trail trekking from Chillca to Llaqtapata. (Camp overnight on the trail).
Day 6
Inca Trail Llaqtapata—Llulluchapampa (Camp overnight on the trail)
Day 7
Inca Trail Llulluchapampa to Phuyupatamarca. (Camp overnight on the trail)
Day 8
Inca Trail Phuyupatamarca to Machu Picchu (hotel).
Day 9
Explore the Machu Pichu & Sacred Valley area before returning to Cusco.
Day 10
After a rest in Cusco you will then descend into Amazon stopping today at a lodge in the cloud forests.
Day 11
Explore the cloud forests to see spectacular botany and visit a Cock of the Rock lek. Continue overland and by river to a lodge set in pre-montane forests.
Day 12
Continue downriver and into the Manu Biosphere Reserve.
Days 13 & 14
Explore lowland Amazon rainforest based at lodge.
Day 15
Leave the Manu by motor canoe and fly Boca Manu—Cusco.
Day 16
Fly Cusco to Lima.
Day 17
Dep Lima.
